Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and bank transfers (FPX).
Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?
A: Orders process fast! Email us within 12 hours at support@acrvell.com with your order number—we’ll try, but no promises.
SHIPPING
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
West Malaysia: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
East Malaysia: 5–14 business days (customs may add delays).
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Not yet—but we’re working on it! Follow @acrvellco for updates.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated. Help!
A: Courier systems sometimes lag. Wait 48 hours, then email us with your order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
A: We offer exchanges for unworn items with tags within 14 days. Email returns@acrvell.com to start the process.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Email us within 7 days with photos/video at returns@acrvell.com—we’ll replace or refund you.
Q: Why are some items marked “FINAL SALE”?
A: These are limited-run designs (like collabs). No returns/exchanges, so choose wisely!

Q: How do I wash my ACRVELL tee?
A: Inside out, cold wash, hang dry. Treat it well—it’s built to last.
Q: Will the print crack over time?
A: Our prints are durable, but avoid ironing directly on them.
