1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping comming soon!

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).

During sales or launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Delivery Timelines

West Malaysia: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 5–14 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or customs (for East Malaysia).

4. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Orders over RM150 (West Malaysia only).

Flat Rate: RM10 (West Malaysia), RM15 (East Malaysia) for orders below RM150.

5. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships.

Use this to track your package via [Pos Laju/J&T/etc.].

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Contact us at support@acrvell.com within 14 days of dispatch if your package is lost.

We’ll file a claim with the courier and reship if possible (no guarantees).

7. Wrong Address?

Double-check your shipping details at checkout! We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Reshipping fees (RM10–RM15) apply if we need to resend.

8. Customs & Taxes (East Malaysia)

Shipments to East Malaysia may incur customs fees (paid by the buyer).
