RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Our Policy

We stand by our quality, but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

2. Returns (Defective/Damaged Items Only)

Eligibility:

Item is defective (e.g., holes, misprints, broken seams) or damaged in transit.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof.

Process:

Email returns@acrvell.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/video of the issue

We’ll reply within 48 hours to approve a return/replacement.

Ship the item back (we’ll cover return shipping).

Refund: Approved returns get a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges (Size/Color)

Eligibility:

Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Request within 14 days of delivery.

Process:

Email returns@acrvell.com with your order number and requested exchange.

If stock allows, we’ll send a prepaid return label (customer covers shipping for international exchanges).

Once received, we’ll ship your new size/color.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items (marked "FINAL SALE" at checkout).

Accessories (e.g., hats, socks).

Items without proof of purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

Defective items: We cover return shipping.

Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping unless it’s our error.

6. Refund Timeline

Processing takes 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

7. Wrong Address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, we can’t guarantee delivery. Reshipping fees apply.
